Mr Anil Vishwakarma started his journey with us as Lab Technician in the year 2000. Total manpower strength of the company in the year 2000 was 6 employees who were operating from Andheri centre (Mayfair_First centre of Suburban Diagnostics).

Anil, with his attitude towards learning new things, did not restrict himself to only phlebotomy but also started learning different aspects of processing.
Even today he is able to recollect and bring into practise each and every learning shared by his colleagues and seniors that have helped him in executing his daily responsibilities.

First Opportunity:
Anil was given the opportunity to take care of all the home visits, which he performed, single handedly.
He could handle the role with such perfection, that each customer started requesting us to send only Anil to their respective residence for blood collection.

Giving Back To The Society:
Whenever and wherever possible, he believes in transferring his knowledge to all his juniors.

He has not just restricted himself in teaching people on the technicalities of the job but has gone out of his way to train our in house Phlebotomist on how to ride motor cycle as well.
He feels proud of training the staff, who started their journey as Lab Technician and have achieved a remarkable place in the organization.

This was the journey of a man who started as Lab Technician and is currently designated as Deputy Manager-Paramedical (Lab Operations).

Start of the Journey:   
Ms Dhara Mehta started her career with us in the year 2009 as Star Executive. She was one of the first employees to be appointed for Pune.

Dhara is a B. Com. Graduate and hence, was very nervous to be a part of Diagnostic industry. She was initially struggling with the scientific terminologies used for different test conducted at the centre.
She with her zeal to learn new things proved that “Where there’s a will, there is a way”. Because of such attitude she turned up to be a star performer and never looked back.

During our initial days at Pune, she worked for 15 hours * 7 days a week and helped the organization in streamlining processes.

Profiles Worked On:
She never restricted herself to Front Desk only.
With her attitude to learn new things, she started exploring towards Finance, IT, Radiology and HR. It eventually helped her to move ahead in her career.

This was the journey of a woman who started as Star Executive and is currently designated as Assistant Manager Operation.

Start of the Journey:   
Mr Sachin Shelar started his career with us in the year 2008 as Star Executive for Andheri centre.

Sachin, over a period of time had proved his capability of handling higher responsibilities. Considering his commitment towards his profession, he was transferred to Malad centre.
He was responsible for complete front desk operation at Malad.

Ready to Learn:
Sachin did not restrict himself to Front Desk only. He started exploring to Accounts as well as collection of outstanding.

Run Towards Fear 
When Sachin started maintaining books of accounts, he realized that the center in not performing to its best and hence, he decided to get in sales as well.
Getting into sales department was like a nightmare for sachin. But he decided to Run Towards his Fear because the center required so.
He asked his sales team to train him and make him effecient enough to deal with the doctors.
After getting trained, he decided to cull out the list of Doctors who were associated with the center in the past but had stoped giving us business over a period of time. He personally started visiting such Doctors.
It not only helped him to over come his fear but also helped his center to increase its revenue.

Clients visiting centre in absence of Sachin, could feel his absence because ..

Start of the Journey:   
Mr Edison Karkada was interviewed by Dr Arora Sir in the year 2004 for the position of Front Desk. He started his journey as a STAR Executive, Kandivali Center.

First Reporting Manager:
Ms Minal (Sr STAR Executive) was his first reporting Manager and mentor at  Suburban Diagnostics. She could only continue her guidance for next 6 months as she had to leave the organisation due to some reason. Edison finds himself blessed to have a reporting manager like her.

First Opportunity:
Edison was approached by Dr Arora Sir to take up the responsibility of Sr STAR Executive (opportunity given within 6 months) after Ms Minal resigned. Edison with his ALWAYS SMILING APPROACH accepted the challenge. Edison had to handle the center for next 3 months all alone without any other STAR Executive to his help.
As per Edison, this was the golden era which made him learn the inside out of different diagnostic test happening at our center. He also wants to thank Dr Ashwini (Consultant Pathologist, Kandivali Center) who helped him learn different test, machineries used and process of conducting various diagnostics.

Opportunity To Work With Dr Arora Sir:
Dr Sir was very impressed with his attitude to learn and explore new things. Hence, Dr Sir appointed him as “Executive Assistant” to himself in the year 2010.
Working under Dr Sir, he got an opportunity to look at the business very closely. Later, he was not just assisting Dr Sir with appointments but also started exploring towards Marketing, IT, Sales, HR etc.

Desire To Be A Center Manager:
After assisting Dr Sir for 2 years, Edison was well versed with the business. He approached Sir and expressed his desire to be a Center Manager. Dr Sir at the very next minute appointed him as Center Manager for Khar Center.
But as usual, Edison kept flying towards his dream and finally got appointed as Cluster Manager in the year 2014.
