Vaccines are available to prevent HBV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Hepatitis C virus (HCV)<\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li>Transmitted mostly through exposure to infective blood or contaminated injections and needles.<\/li>\n<li>Sexual transmission is also possible, but is much less common.
